Badhte Kadam Welfare Society – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership of Badhte Kadam Welfare Society. By applying for or continuing membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Eligibility for Membership:

* Membership is open to all individuals who believe in the aims and objectives of the Society.
* The applicant must be of sound mind and at least 18 years of age.
* The Society reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application without assigning any reason.

Types of Membership:

The Society may offer General membership

Monthly Membership Rs. 100 Permonth

Half Yearly Membership Rs.500 Half Yearly

Annual Membership Rs. 1000 Yearly

Each category may have different rights, fees, and participation privileges as decided by the Executive Committee.

4. Membership Fees:

* Members shall pay the prescribed membership fee as decided by the Governing Body.
* Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Failure to pay membership renewal fees (if applicable) within the due date may result in termination of membership.

5. Rights and Duties of Members:

* Members shall uphold the mission, vision, and values of Badhte Kadam Welfare Society.
* Members may participate in meetings, programs, and welfare activities of the Society.
* Members must not act in a way that brings disrepute to the Society.
* No member shall use the name or logo of the Society for personal, political, or commercial gain without prior written permission.

6. Termination or Suspension of Membership:

Membership may be terminated or suspended if:

* A member violates the Society’s rules or engages in misconduct.
* A member fails to pay the required fees or dues.
* A member submits a written request to resign from membership.
* The Governing Body deems termination necessary in the interest of the Society.

7. Limitation of Liability:

The Society shall not be held responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage suffered by members during their participation in Society activities, unless caused by proven negligence of the Society.

8. Amendments:

The Society reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of such changes through official communication.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or disagreement arising out of membership shall be referred to the Governing Body of the Society, whose decision shall be final and binding.

10. Acceptance

By applying for membership or continuing as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
